New Update 1

Update for Carlo's Trip in the Underworld after the end of VimJam3, made taking in account player's feedback and several known bugs.

CHANGES
- Fixed several bugs
- Hook charge is now consumed only when something gets hooked
- Using laser now consumes one additional charge for each additional use
- Player now dies after using the hook while not having any charge
- Hook now moves in the same direction while moving making it easier to hook mid-air
- Improved controls responsiveness
